Vi på Helsingborgs Bryggeri sa redan från början att vi ville brygga gott öl med stort hjärta. Det handlar om att arbeta med de bästa råvarorna, förädla dem med respekt och behålla den starka förankringen i Skånsk bryggarkultur.

Det gamla Helsingborgs Bryggeri hade en lång och gedigen historia mellan 1850 och 1967. 2010 startades det upp igen av två ölentusiaster och vi gör allt för att föra den goda traditionen vidare. Entusiasmen delar vi med 200 andelsägare.

Verksamheten finns i en historisk tegelbyggnad från 1880, bara ett stenkast från det ursprungliga Helsingborgs Bryggeri. Här har vi en modern bryggerianläggning med maltkross, bryggarrum, lagertankar, tappning, etikettering och konferensrum/ölprovningsrum. Vi var Nordvästskånes första mikrobryggeri och den lokala förankringen är och förblir en viktig del i bryggeriets identitet.

Att brygga ett gott öl handlar lika mycket om att välja rätt malt och humle som att hitta en bryggare med känsla för varje ölsorts särskilda karaktär. Vi är stolta och glada över att ha samlat genuint skånskt hantverkskunnande som dessutom besitter en tro på det goda i livet. Och ett stort hjärta.

Under lättsamma former berättar vi om skånsk bryggarkultur och den spännande uppstarten av vårt Bryggeri. Därefter går vi en rundtur i brygghuset och tapphallen. Du får följa hela bryggprocessen från maltkross till hur vi fyller flaskorna. Det hela avslutas med en ölprovning antingen uppe på vår mysiga ölvind eller i angränsande Oxhallen. Då får du prova Bryggeriets aktuella sortiment och även smaka lite äkta humle och malt. Vi har möjlighet att ta emot 10-150 personer/grupp. Boka ditt nästa kund- eller företagsevent hos oss och upplev en spännande visning av Bryggeriet. Rundvandringen passar utmärkt som kickoff eller nätverksträff.

**Helsingborgs Brewery's Annual Anniversary**

In May every year this wonderful event takes place

**Starting at 11 am we celebrate, which is one of Skåne's oldest local microbreweries. We celebrate with beer, music, food and good atmosphere**.

Make a pre-purchase and you are guaranteed to celebrate with us. Cost 150 SEK (includes a token). Any remaining seats are sold on site for 200 SEK (admission only).

All drinks and food are purchased with tokens.

One token costs SEK 65 and it is valid for 1 beer/wine/cider or 2 non-alcoholic options.

**Food**

Can be purchased in denominations of 1, 2 or 3 tokens. Throughout the event there is food service

**Good to know**

The celebration is outdoors in the brewery yard, so keep in mind that it is clothing according to the weather. Helsingborgs Bryggeri is located at Bredgatan 25 in Helsingborg. It is easy to take the local bus, line 2, stop Rönnowska Skolan Cykel is also convenient. If you come by car, there are limited parking spaces.

Join us on a walking tour of Lilla Spritfabriken with a tasting!
When you arrive, we will offer you a welcome drink and our distiller will tell you about our story in a light-hearted manner. After that we will take a tour of the distillery where we will talk about the basics of distillation and answer all your questions.
It all ends with a tasting where you get to try some of our selected products.
The visit takes about 1.5-2 hours.
